Please note that we do not offer any refunds as all the services that Wi-bro OTT offers are on the prepaid basis and therefore the refund/cancelation is not an available option for any amount that has been paid by the subscriber for Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-Annual or Annual or in any case and even if it is accidently purchased .
If any dispute comes in regarding payments/ refund/ cancellation of transaction(s) due to technical reasons are subject to arbitration/resolution on a case-to-case basis.
Refundable security deposit against any physical assets will be entertained only on returning the particular physical asset in working condition and that may take approximately 4-6 weeks from the date of refund confirmation from Wi-bro OTT accounts team and it will be compensated by way of a discount/credit note adjusted in the account of the subscriber(s).

Any dispute shall be subject to jurisdiction of the courts at Delhi.
